Santiago García Galván es uno de los productores cinematográficos más destacados y prolíficos de México, además de autor y emprendedor cultural. Es fundador y director general de Ítaca Films, empresa establecida en 2010.
A lo largo de su trayectoria, ha producido y participado en más de cien proyectos cinematográficos y televisivos en dieciséis países, colaborando con importantes estudios, cineastas y talento internacional, y construyendo puentes entre las industrias creativas de México, América Latina, Estados Unidos y España. Su trayectoria incluye cine independiente, producciones de estudio, series originales y grandes producciones internacionales, entre ellas Fast & Furious 8 y Transformers: The Last Knight.
Es miembro de la Academia Mexicana de Artes y Ciencias Cinematográficas y fue reconocido por Forbes México como uno de los “50 Mexicanos Más Creativos” en 2017 y nuevamente en 2022. Entre sus distinciones se encuentran un Doctorado Honoris Causa otorgado por el American Cultural Institute (2018), el reconocimiento de Millesime Art and Culture (2024), la Medalla Ricardo Flores Magón (2025) y la Distinción por la Cultura Nacional de Cuba (2025).
Ha participado como ponente en el World Government Summit, celebrado en Punta Cana y Dubái, donde ha abordado temas relacionados con la narrativa, la ética, la creatividad y la inteligencia artificial. Es también autor de tres libros, entre ellos Production Thinking, en el que presenta su metodología para aplicar la disciplina, la visión estratégica y la imaginación creativa propias de la realización cinematográfica al liderazgo, los negocios y la transformación cultural.

Santiago García Galván is one of Mexico’s most prominent and prolific film producers, as well as an author and cultural entrepreneur. He is the founder and CEO of Ítaca Films, established in 2010.
Throughout his career, he has produced and contributed to more than one hundred film and television projects across sixteen countries, collaborating with leading studios, filmmakers, and international talent while building bridges among the creative industries of Mexico, Latin America, the United States, and Spain. His credits encompass independent cinema, studio films, original series, and major international productions, including Fast & Furious 8 and Transformers: The Last Knight.
A member of the Mexican Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences, García Galván was named one of Forbes México’s “50 Most Creative Mexicans” in 2017 and again in 2022. His distinctions include an Honorary Doctorate from the American Cultural Institute (2018), recognition from Millesime Art and Culture (2024), the Ricardo Flores Magón Medal (2025), and Cuba’s Distinction for National Culture (2025).
He has spoken at the World Government Summit in Punta Cana and Dubai on narrative, ethics, creativity, and artificial intelligence. He is also the author of three books, including Production Thinking, which introduces his methodology for applying the discipline, strategic vision, and creative imagination of filmmaking to leadership, business, and cultural transformation.

Luis Mandoki (Mexico City, 1954) is one of the most versatile and acclaimed Spanish-language film directors with a significant career in Hollywood. Educated at the San Francisco Art Institute and the London International Film School, he gained early international recognition with awards at the Cannes Film Festival and the Ariel. His feature debut, Gaby: A True Story (1987), earned Oscar and Golden Globe nominations. He has directed major Hollywood films including White Palace, When a Man Loves a Woman, and Message in a Bottle. Since 2026, he has served as Director of Content and Creative Head of Itaca Films Spain, and is a member of the group’s global Greenlight Committee.

Producer, agent, and expert in audiovisual financing with an extensive career in Hollywood. Co-founder of Cosmic Entertainment. Previously Partner and Head of Film Finance & Distribution at The Gersh Agency, and an investment banker in New York. A benchmark in commercial validation and financial viability for audiovisual projects, having structured hundreds of deals for major studios and platforms. Producer credits include Swimming with Sharks (1994, with Kevin Spacey and Frank Whaley), Two for the Money (2005, with Al Pacino and Matthew McConaughey), and Bride Wars (2009, with Anne Hathaway and Kate Hudson).

Financial executive with an international career in media and entertainment. Began his career in various financial roles at Grupo Gigante (now Soriana) and subsequently served as an external auditor at Price Waterhouse (now PwC). For fourteen years, he served as Finance Director for what is now Warner Media in Mexico, managing a broad portfolio of pay-TV channels, with responsibilities including the opening and supervision of offices in Colombia and Panama. In January 2017, he founded Global Entertainment Firm, a consulting firm specializing in the entertainment industry that grew from eight to eighty collaborators—even post-pandemic—with clients including Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Telemundo, and Sony, among others. In 2020, he developed the “CFO On Demand” concept to provide high-level financial consulting to small and medium-sized enterprises, specializing in rescuing companies from bankruptcy and driving revenue and profitability growth. Graduate of the Senior Management Program (AD) at IPADE, with additional diplomas and seminars from Tecnológico de Monterrey and Wharton. Professor and mentor in entrepreneurship programs at Universidad Panamericana.

COO and Partner at Morgana Studios (an animation and VFX studio). Founder of Consulting Suma (an international consultancy) and co-founder of HQinSpace (a virtual reality startup for remote work) and Astrl Cloud (a cloud GPU streaming service). Previously COO of HORISEN and Business Solutions Director at Digicel Group. Lawyer and entrepreneur based in New York and Los Angeles. His practice focuses on media and entertainment transactional matters, with a particular emphasis on film and television operations. He advises investors, producers, and distributors on virtually all aspects of their film, television, financing, and distribution operations. He serves as outside general counsel for Vertical Entertainment, AG Studios, Maya Cinemas, J-Toon Productions, and other international film studios, financiers, and distributors. He represents funds, high-net-worth individuals, media and entertainment companies, and independent producers in corporate, intellectual property, and audiovisual project financing operations, including capital raises, slate deals, credit lines, and tax incentive-based financing structures. Co-founder of Casting By, where he participated in the strategy and financial management of international productions for leading studios and platforms, including Netflix original titles such as One Piece and Griselda. Founder of Prodmee, a platform to modernize and automate casting and production processes in international markets, with over forty thousand users across Mexico, Spain, Colombia, the United States, and other markets. Prior to his entrepreneurial career, he worked at EY (Ernst & Young) in their Spain, France, and United States offices within the Transaction Advisory Services division, participating in over fifty international transactions valued at up to three billion dollars for media, technology, and telecommunications companies. Graduate in International Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana. Over five years of experience in the corporate sector, coordinating purchasing and sales operations with international suppliers, including a six-month professional stint at Merivale in Sydney, Australia, focused on entertainment and hospitality. Specialized in optimizing commercial processes, developing strategies for teamwork, and problem-solving, with a focus on building long-term relationships and generating client synergies. He has been with Itaca Films for two years, collaborating closely with the Feel Good Films label on various film titles. He reports to Carlos Quezada, the group’s Global CFO.

He has collaborated on Guerra de Likes, Blackout, A todas partes, GIAB, Volver Volver, Frikis, Intervención Divina, Murder City, La Posada, El Precio de Educarlos, Turno Nocturno and Chico conoce Chica, among others.

Over twenty-five years of experience as a television and film producer in Colombia, Argentina, and Mexico. He has produced for Columbia Tristar Television (Sony), TV Azteca, Televisa, Once TV, Canal 22, Exclusive Televisión, and Fashion TV Mexico. He made his film debut in Colombia in 2000 with Bolívar Soy Yo (2001) by Jorge Alí Triana (Ombú de Oro and Silver, Mar del Plata) and Como el Gato y el Ratón (2002) by Rodrigo de Triana. In 2004, he produced Rosario Tijeras by Emilio Maillé. In Mexico, he has produced Sin Ton Ni Sonia (2003), Colosio el Asesinato (2012) by Carlos Bolado, Volando Bajo (2013), Las Oscuras Primaveras (2013), and numerous international documentaries. Argentine political scientist and audiovisual producer. Studied Political Science and Economics at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (Buenos Aires) with a postgraduate degree in history. After a year in London, he moved to Mexico in 2012, where he founded his own production company and filmed dozens of commercials for Mexico, the United States, and Europe for clients such as Coca-Cola, Ford, Nike, Corona Beer, and Google, and for agencies including JWT, Publicis, Wieden+Kennedy, and Mother London. As a filmmaker, he has developed numerous social impact, refugee, and climate change documentaries in partnership with the BBC and Discovery Channel. His first documentary, Pablo’s Hippos, was highlighted by The Guardian. He has developed projects for the Skoll Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, and the European Union. In fiction, he has produced for Sony/Columbia, Amazon Studios, MGM, and Netflix, with titles ranked in the global and US market Top 10. His work has been exhibited at Cannes, Cartagena, Venice, Clermont-Ferrand, and the New York Independent Film Festival. Partner at Itaca since 2019, working with directors such as Guillermo Arriaga, Lucy Walker, and Nick Cassavetes.
